RISCC Webinar: Timing is Everything: Customizing Phenological Information for Invasive Species Management

Tuesday, April 9, 2019 - 1:00pm
Eastern Daylight Time
Alyssa Rosemartin and Talbot Trotter, facilitated by Toni Lyn Morelli

Phenology plays a big role in invasive species management, from targeting a plant before it sets seed to releasing a biocontrol at the right time. Members of the Regional Invasive Speciesand Climate Change (RISCC) Management network have been exploring how better to serve phenological information to terrestrial invasive species managers. In this webinar we will share an update on these collaborations, highlighting a new forecast for Asian Longhorned Beetle and the role of phenology in the management of priority plant species.  Participants will have an opportunity to provide feedback and shape tools and areas of study for the future.
