Research Interests:

I am interested in movement, dispersal and connectivity, specifically how large-scale biological patterns emerge for space use and movement at a variety of spatial and temporal scales. My work involves developing biologically realistic statistical models for observational data collected at all levels of organization – typically using hierarchical models. My research balances methodological development with a strong focus on the application of these tools to biological systems to solve real-world problems.
